Duties
· Serves as the administrative head of the Executive Committee
· Serve as Trustee subsequent to incorporation
· Preside over all general and executive meetings
· Have a casting vote (i.e., shall vote only in the event of a tie)
Give directives to and supervise all other members of the Executive to implement decisions approved by the General Members
Appoint a General member in an acting capacity to perform the duties of a member of the Executive who shall resign, relocate, or otherwise be unable to perform the duties of the office.
Direct the Secretary to convene general or executive meetings when necessary
Authorize all official statement made to, or correspondence with other persons, or organizations, or their representatives
Convene regular or emergency general or executive meetings as necessary
Draw up the agenda for the meetings in consultation with the Secretary who shall be responsible for providing copies of such to members
Authorize all disbursement on programs or activities approved by the General Members
Represent the SLCCO, Inc., in all external matters as directed by the General Members
